Singapore Airport Facilities
It's not just the food and shopping that makes Changi a world-class airport, it's the vast array of other diversions that gives the airport the edge.
Postal services are available from the Singapore Post kiosks in the public areas of each terminal.
Left luggage services are available in all terminals, and in both the public areas as well as inside the departure area.
Money exchange counters and ATMs can be found throughout the airport, in both the public areas in the transit mall.
If you have more than a few hours to kill, you can contact the information counters regarding free tours of Singapore.
Gardens
One of the features setting Changi apart are it's many gardens. Most of them are on roof tops, providing good views of the airport as well as a bit of nature. Choose from the Bamboo Garden, Koi Pond, Cactus Garden, the Orchid Garden, Butterfly Garden and a few more.
Entertainment
There are several entertainment centers around Changi Airport. These include an Xbox game center, free movie theaters, the Nexus Lounge and the Explorer's Lounge. Look for family zones and children's play areas in all terminals.
Internet
There are free (yes, free) internet terminals all over the transit malls. You'll even find some hot points to plug in your laptop.
Lounges
Like the rest of the airport, Changi's lounges are also among the very best. Several of the lounges can be accessed on a pay-per-use basis.
There's also a swimming pool as part the transit hotel in Terminal 1. The pool and jacuzzi is free to use for guests of the transit hotel. Non-guests can use it for S$ 13.65 (16.60 USD), which also entitles you to use of the showers and a free drink.
