Singapore Changi Arrivals

Landing in Singapore is a very stress-free process.

Arriving passengers exit from the plane into the departure area. There is no separation between arriving and departing passengers.

Follow the signs to immigration and baggage claim, which are downstairs. You pass through immigration first, then on to baggage claim.

After getting your bags, you exit through customs into the public arrival hall.

The public arrivals hall is much less frenetic that most other Southeast Asian airports. There are few, if any, of the touts pestering you to use their taxi services. Simply check the signs for directions to your prefered airport transportation mode.
