Airlines Serving Changi Airport Budget Terminal

Note: The Budget Terminal is scheduled to close on 25 September 2012. Airlines using the terminal will be moved to Terminal 2 while a new Budget Terminal is built, expected to be completed in 2017.

At present, not all low cost carriers use the budget terminal. Only the airlines listed below can be found at this terminal:

Cebu Pacific Air
Cebu Pacific is a low cost carrier based in the Philippines. They connect Singapore and Manila.
Firefly
Firefly was launched in 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines. Billed as Asia's first "community airline", the Penang-based carrier is designed to provide low-cost service out of Malaysia's second-busiest airport, connecting Penang to cities throughout northern Malaysia, southern Thailand and Sumatra. From Singapore, Firefly flies to the old Subang airport of Kuala Lumpur.
Tiger Airways
Probably the largest of Singapore's budget carriers. Destinations include Chiang Mai, Phuket, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Macau and Manila. See my review of Tiger Airways for more information.
