Arriving at Siem Reap International Airport

Arrivals at Siem Reap's small airport are relatively straight forward. There are no sky bridges. Your plane will usually park within walking distance of the arrivals hall. If you don't have a visa or e-visa, the queue to get your visa is the first thing on your left as you enter the arrivals hall. The immigration counters are directly in front of you. If you have an e-visa, use the special lane for them. Otherwise, you can use any of the other counters.

Baggage claim is directly in front of you as you pass through immigration. Once you get your bags, hand your customs form to the customs officer on your way out - or just add your form to the pile, if there's no officer about. On exiting the building, if you've arranged for a guide or an airport transfer, this is where they'll be. Otherwise, there's a taxi counter on your right after you have exited the building.
