Facilities at Bangkok's Don Muang Airport

There are not too many facilities are Don Muang, but there are the basics.

Postal services are available from the Thailand Post counter on the second floor of the building.

Left luggage services are on the ground level of the terminal, but were not available at last check.

Money exchange counters and ATMs can be found throughout the airport. There are two exchange counters just outside baggage claim on the lower level, and three more near check-in on the second floor. ATMs from all the local banks can be found on both floors.

Ticket offices for Nok Air, 1-2-Go and Thai Airways can all be found facing the check-in counters on the second level.

Business Class Lounge

Thai Airways maintains a lounge for its business class passengers and Star Alliance gold card members. The lounge is located near the check-in counters, outside of the departure lounge. Ask for directions from the check-in staff. The lounge has a couple of internet terminals, self-service food and drinks, and a wide selection of newspapers and magazines.
