Mae Fah Luang - Chiang Rai Airport

Asia-Airports.com - The Unofficial Airports Guide

Chiang Rai Airport Arrivals

Chiang Rai airport is not very big, so arrivals are generally simple.

Domestic Arrivals to Chiang Rai

Most flights will park at a terminal sky-bridge. On entering the terminal, you'll be directed to baggage claim, which is downstairs. If your plane parks on the tarmac, you will enter the terminal building at baggage claim.

Baggage claim is quite small - just one belt - so it's usually quick and easy.

The airport taxi counter is to your left as you exit baggage claim; rental car counters are to your left and right as well. See Chiang Rai airport transfers for more information about your options for getting to your hotel from the airport.

Chiang Rai International Arrivals

If arriving on an international flight, you first go through immigration, then proceed to baggage claim to get your luggage. After retrieving your bags, pass through customs to reach the public area of the terminal.
