Facilities at Bali Airport

Aside from shopping and dining, Ngurah Rai airport has several other facilities for travelers.

Bali Airport Public Access Area Facilities

Along the exterior of the two terminals are several money changers, as well as some ATM points. There is a left-luggage counter near the entrance to the international departures hall, as well as some lockers near the McDonalds.

Hertz, Thrifty, Eurocar and Toyota all operate car rental counters at the airport. In addition, Blue Bird offers car-with-driver rentals for specific trips or for daily rates.

Malaysia Air System has an office near the entrance to the international departures check-in.

Bali Domestic Departures Facilities

Within the domestic departure hall is a post office. There are also several lounges operated by various banks, including Citibank, for their credit card customers. Gold and Platinum card holders can usually use the lounges for free.

Bali Domestic Arrivals Facilities

The small domestic baggage claim area still manages to cram in several counters for hotels, tour and taxi bookings.

Bali International Departures Facilities

The international departure area has a foot reflexology (massage) service and a first & business class lounges.

Bali International Arrivals Facilities

There is a duty free shop in the baggage claim area. After passing through customs, but before exiting to the public area, you'll find some currency exchange booths, hotel booking counters and car rental counters.
