Facilities at Hanoi International Airport

Facilities are a bit thin at Hanoi's airport, but all the basic services are there.

Postal services are available from a counter in the arrivals hall on the lower level.

Left luggage services are on the ground level of the terminal.

Money exchange counters can be found throughout the airport.

Business Class Lounge

On my last visit, there were just two small businesses lounges open on the main level of the departure lounge, but I did note that there was a much larger lounge on the mezzanine, although it wasn't open. The small lounge used for business class and Star Alliance gold card was very tiny, with only a little food on offer and no working Internet connection.
