Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport Departures

On arriving at the airport, you'll need to have your bags scanned to access the check-in area. Then you proceed to the check-in counter, where you'll need to pay a 1,000 Rupiah (8,333,333.33 USD) fee for "counter service."

After checking-in for flights from Labuan Bajo, you will need to pay the departure tax at counters placed just before the entrance to the departure lounge. The departure tax is 10,000 Rupiah (83,333,333.33 USD) for domestic flights.

You pass through another security screening to get to the departure lounge. The screening seems rather cursory, so there's generally no need to remove things from your bag or your person. Note that there are no services in the departure lounge. If you want a drink or something to eat, you need to stop by the snack bar before entering the check-in area.
