Penang International Airport Arrivals

Most planes will park at the terminal building and use skybridges to the concourse. Arriving and departing, domestic and international passengers are all mixed together in the main concourse. If you're arriving on an international flight, be sure to follow the signs to immigration, which is downstairs on the lower level of the airport. Once you've retrieved your bags, you can pass through customs and into the arrivals hall. Customs is typically not a problem.
