Security at Krabi Airport
Security procedures at Krabi are typical of most airports in Thailand. If you're prepared, they should be no problem. Note that international liquid, aerosol and gel rules apply at this airport.
- ALL of your bags must be scanned for you to enter the terminal building. You do not need to remove any items from your bags at this point.
- There is an 'identity check' before you go through the final security scan to reach the departure lounge. You'll need your boarding pass and passport to get through this check-point.
- For the final security scan to get into the departure lounge, you should remove your laptop and bag of liquids from your carry-on bag before scanning.
