Departing Through Luang Prabang International Airport

To enter the departure hall, you need to pass your bags through a scanner and walk through a security check point. There is no need to remove your belt or shoes, or to remove anything from your bags.

The check-in counters for all flights are to your far left as you enter the building. After checking in, you can wait in the public area or visit the restaurant in the out-building. There is nothing to do in either of the departure lounges.

If taking an international flight, you pass through immigration to get into the departure lounge. There's a small jewelry store in the lounge, but no other facilities.
