Singapore Seletar Arrivals

Planes park on the tarmac at Seletar, and all passengers walk to the arrivals area.

On entry to the terminal building, you first pass through immigration, then on to the small baggage claim area. There are no belts.

After getting your bags, you must pass through customs, where all bags are security screened through an X-ray machine, then you exit the building. There are usually taxis queued up outside to meet arriving flights.
